Turn the page: tap the right edge (next) or the left edge (back). Tap the middle to hide or show the top bar. Swipe up or down. The arrow keys, Page Up/Down and Space also turn pages, so a Bluetooth page-turner pedal works.
A− / A+ change the size of the music: smaller = more lines on a page. № shows or hides the grey bar numbers. The page remembers where you stopped.
iPad: in Safari choose Share → Add to Home Screen, then open it from the Home Screen: it fills the whole screen. Turn the iPad either way.
